Note that our office is not permanently manned, and you may need to leave a message. All messages are listened to, recorded and acted upon on the next office day the office is open.
All feedback and complaints are investigated.
Please include the following when telephoning, leaving a message, EMailing or writing to us:-
- Your name
- Your address and postcode
- Your contact telephone number
- Your Email address
- How would you prefer that we contact you: telephone or EMail?
- Date and time of any incident
- Why you are contacting us
- The more detail you can supply, the more certain we can be that any investigation can be concluded quickly
- Where were you at the time of the incident? Address, or latitude / longitude
- Aircraft type / markings / colour / direction of travel
