Cambridge Gliding Centre is at Gransden Lodge Airfield off the B1046 and is within a short drive of Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Bedford, Biggleswade, and Royston.
It is also conveniently situated for travel from Peterborough in the North, Bury St Edmunds in the East and Letchworth, Stevenage, Hitchin, Hertford, Harlow and Bishops Stortford and all of North London via the A1, M11 or M25.

Getting to the clubhouse
This aerial photo shows the 110 acre site, top north. At the top are the clubhouse, hangar and trailer park. The club can only be accessed from the gate on the B1046. The route around the airfield from this gate is shown in red. The surface is a mixture of old concrete road and farm track, please respect the speed limit and keep a lookout for low flying gliders.

It is necessary to produce a valid medical certificate when signing on as a reciprocal or a temporary member at Cambridge Gliding Club should you wish to use the Club facilities to take a launch as P1.
This applies when flying either privately owned or Club gliders.
