As you would expect of a large grass airfield in the middle of the Cambridgeshire countryside, Cambridge Gliding Centre is a home for and surrounded by all kinds of wildlife, but it was still a surprising delight to see a small group of deer running across a field behind runway 22 while the club Perkoz was preparing to aerotow launch.
